AgInsure takes the privilege of doing business with you seriously. We are committed to complying with all aspects of consumer law, and to abiding by relevant industry codes of practice. We have a Compliance Policy that explains that.
When we start working with you we provide a Letter of Engagement that describes how we will work together. We agree the important matters up front to reduce the chance there are surprises for you later, or for us.
We are licenced to provide general insurance services as detailed in our Australian Financial Services Licence. What you can expect from us is explained in the Financial Service Guide. It also explains how we get paid for the work we do.
You may not be aware of this but we also collect anonymous information from you when you view this website. Details of the information we collect and what we do with it are set out in our Online Privacy Statement.
We also acknowledge that business relationships are not always smooth sailing. If you are ever dissatisfied with the service we have given, we have a Complaints Handling Policy that sets out how we seek to resolve differences. If that doesn’t work out, you can lodge a dispute with the Financial Ombudsman Service whose services are free to you.
